DHA Construction Management's journey can be traced back to the year 2000, when Sean Davis, our current president, and his wife purchased their first home. Like many homeowners, they faced a tough battle with their contractor over issues of water damage and quality. The experience was akin to déjà vu when they encountered similar problems with their next home nearly 14 years later. These experiences unveiled the immense challenges of managing construction projects while maintaining work-life balance. Sean's involvement on his HOA board of directors further highlighted the difficulties faced by community managers in overseeing such tasks. His first-hand experiences, combined with his expertise in managing complex construction projects, ignited a desire to help other homeowners and community managers. This led to the founding of DHA Construction Management, a company steeped in understanding and dedication.

Meet the Team

President/Owner

Sean Davis

Sean Davis is a Civil Engineer with more than thirty years of construction and project management experience. He has earned his Project Management Professional certification while managing hundreds of projects of various sizes and types ranging from a few thousand to million-dollar projects.

Director of Business Development

Kristen Scott

Kristen Scott is the Director of Business Development. With years of experience as an HOA Community Manager, Kristen knows how challenging construction projects can be for both board members and managers alike. She is passionate in helping them find a way forward that works for everyone involved.

Structural Engineer

John Weiskopf

John has over 25 years of experience as a structural engineer and has led numerous projects across the US consisting of varying degrees of complexity, from highly iconic buildings to specialty engineering endeavors. John provides senior level structural engineering consulting expertise and cost-effective solutions to balance the unique goals of each project.
